ISO 22000:2018, HACCP and GMP systems guide every batch through our facility in Makola, with a processing capacity of 300 to 350 kg per hour.
From family trade to global markets
Our story began in 1983 with H.D.E. De Alwis & Son. In 1999 the family moved into fresh fruit and vegetable exports, and in 2023 Anupama De Alwis founded Skyred Trading to carry that experience forward.
Today we work directly with farmers across Sri Lanka, select freshly harvested raw materials from the right growing regions, and check every batch before it is prepared for our clients.

Our team sorts, threshes, scalds, blanches, dries, cleans and grades every product, choosing the method that preserves the character of each raw material. Defined work areas keep a clear flow from intake to finished pack.
